This is a fantastic update. I have been waiting for a while to see something great and tangible come out of this project.

The Steem.dao fascinates me. I believe that there is a lot of potential with this steem decentralized autonomous organization... 

This DAO will be amazing as it comes to fruition.

I've seen a few concerns lately about what exactly the DAO will do and why it's important.

It can be hard to understand, really.

There have been previous WPS (worker proposal systems) on other networks such as Bitshares that run today and do great work, but Steem is a different animal.

The point here is that Steem is so vastly more active, interconenctive and interactive.

Businesses are springing up all over Steem and we have a truly entrepreneurially minded community, if you ask me. 

To me, this shows the amazing potential of something like a DAO that can fund all sorts of workers and groups and individuals alike to do things that are for the benefit of the STEEM stakeholders... which are the ones voting on proposals.

Check out Blocktrade's latest post for more details. The DAO will be really cool to see come to fruition and I think we are just at the cusp of something amazing!
