Sometimes an image can say more than words. So many of us are in states of disbelief, finding it hard to comprehend what is happening in the world. 

But there is little we can do, no matter what our feelings are  about what is happening, weren't we believe all the hype or not. We have to accept that things are changing and that we need to change with them.

Now is the time to work on ourselves and our relationships with others. To reflect on our lives and see what it is we could be doing better. We need to find ways to live more sustainably. We need to find ways to move forward where we support one another.

In these times of uncertainty, Relax into the flow xxx

It's a lovely image and a lovely post, @trucklife-family. I applaud you for sharing such an uplifting message. It's always good to receive reminders like yours when navigating troubled terrain. I hope that you are keeping well and still have some freedom of determination where you are?

I am fluctuating in and out of acceptance and what feels like shock. As a 'truther' or whatever we're calling people who pay attention these days, I've known that this scenario was a probability for the last 15 years. But it's one of those occasions where one has the notion that awareness will lend one a degree of preparedness, only to discover that such a thing is not possible. There's no shield for reality when it hits in such a brutal manner. However, you are absolutely right in your assertion that this is a time for introspection and reconnection. We may not be 'permitted' to be in physical proximity to our fellow man and woman right now, but focussing on doing this inner work and expressing the depth of our love and experiencing the flow of Life is always an option open that's open to us. Those magical moments when this occurs are far more liveable with for me than the alternative (frustration, anger, disconnection and sorrow). It feels like we're being forced into a corner where that's all we have left to live for here in the UK. Or maybe that's just me... <3

I know we have no choice at the moment, but I really believe that if we become fearful then we are playing into their hands. Spain has some very tight restrictions and there seems to be more and more put in place at the moment. I am choosing to focus on what I can do,and also on providing a stable environment for my girls. These are unsettling times for sure, but i will not feed into the fear even if deep down I 	feel it niggling at me. Thanks for droppig by and I do understand where you are coming from xx
