一部市委书记推荐的电影：《不成问题的问题》

陆陆续续，找了两次时间，终于看完了一部电影：《不成问题的问题》，YouTube上就有，是一部2016年的老电影。

看完还不过瘾，又看了一遍剧情分析，才算完整地明白了这部电影的用意。和几年前我在飞机上看完的一部电影[《驴得水》](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJ3p8pdCjcg)一样，这是一部简单但深奥的好电影——在我看来。

范伟扮演的丁主任，每次“呵呵”一笑，就已经把他这形象给刻画出来了。他是一个人见人爱的大坏人，精于世故，大概最适合当一个书记，他最擅长的事情是拉拢上下级关系，所谓掌握人事，于真干实事，他不尽心，也未必能干得了。

而他的继任尤大兴，留英博士就是另一面，新官上任三把火，他的确是干实事，生产也搞上来了。可惜他显然不接地气，他的个性过于刚正不阿，一开始就把全农场的人都得罪了。外部环境下，在上任的丁主任和秦妙斋的联合下，煽风点火地把所有工人都联合起来反对尤大兴。他意识到自己终归是干不下去，于是也只好离开。

一个能赚钱的农场又回归原样，该赔钱还继续赔钱下去。它到底给我们每个人带来什么启示？相信只有看完电影后，每个人都有自己的答案。

这部电影是由老舍先生的一部小说《不成问题的问题》改编而来，80多年前的小说，放在今天的中国，依然能刻画出当今中国的现状，很多问题“不成问题”，但它就是“问题”。

为什么我特别对这部不算新的电影感兴趣？不爱看电影的我百忙之中也要看一下。最主要的原因是，一个从某特区调到另一特区的市委书记，特别建议全市所有领导干部都要看一遍这部电影。我当然不是什么领导干部，只是好奇害死猫的心理作怪而已。
