Resting and Working 休息和工作
The sequence for living should be resting then only working. It means that our work requires high energy level, and the rest taken is a preparation for the effective work. 

As I am having a two-sector flight, I try to follow the above sequence. Indeed, I rested quite well while flying from Perth to Kuala Lumpur. Then, I could work using my mobile phone while going through the sector from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu. 

I feel that such a sequence of moving from rest to work has to be emphasised today. It is quite common that many stay alert and work at night time. And they normally sleep after midnight or early morning. This is not good to the physical health. Beside that, they can’t concentrate when they are required to work during the daytime. 

Nevertheless, changing a sequence requires determination and enduring practice until it has become a habit. 

生活的秩序应该是先休息然后才能有效的工作；这意味着工作需要充足的能量，而适当的休息则是一种淮备以达到有效的工作。

由于我正在飞机上进行两个时段的行程，我也尝试遵循上述顺序。事实上，我趁着从珀斯飞往吉隆坡的途中獲取良好的我休息；然后我则使用由吉隆坡到哥打京那巴鲁的时段透过手机工作。

我觉得人们今天必须学习从休息到工作的这种顺序。许多人会在夜间忙绿的工作，以致他们到了午夜或清晨才睡觉。这除了不利于身体健康，也会影响了白天的工作，造成无法集中精神工作。

的确，要改变一个生活秩序需要练习和持久力，直到它成为了一种习惯。
