### My experience using Amlactin moisturizing body lotion
The lotion is good on my skin. It soften my skin and make it smooth. Leaving no dark spot or blemishes. I enjoyed using the product because it deeply moisturizes. 

### How to use the products
* Bathe and clean your body with a towel
* You have to shake well before use.
* You have to apply twice daily
* Do not apply on broken skin because it may cause irritation
* Do not use it on the face because it is not  recommended for facial use.

### Side effects
It increases the skin sensitive to sunburn.
It can cause itching

### My experience using JRA
I started using this product since 2016 and am using it up till now. It mild on the skin. Since it is just 40kg I decided to use it only on my face. Since I started using this cream there is nothing like pimples or sunburn on my face. 


### How to use the products
Use JRA foundation body cream twice a day, apply a small quantity on the area where black - bluish appears and massage delicately till absorption. 

### Side effects
It may create allergic reaction to some skin.

### Product ingredients
* Chlorhexidine gluconate 0.3g 
* Cetrimide 3.0g
* n-Propyl alcohol as preservative 2.84% m/v

### My experience using Savlon antiseptic
I started using this product 7years ago and I am still using it up till now.  It is mild on baby skin. It kills germs within 3 minutes under test conditions.
It doesn't darken the skin. It is very good on baby skin and adult too.

### How to use the products
* You have to dilute before use.
* For first aid, Dilute 5 ml in 100 ml water. 
* For general antiseptic cleansing, 60-90 ml in 1-15 litres of water.

### Side effects
It causes irritation if it enters the eyes

### My experience using Dettol antiseptic
Dettol is a good, safe and gentle Antiseptic. It protect us against germs when especially regularly use for moping the floor or disinfecting the toilet.

### How to use the products
* Dilute it in water before use
* For first aid use 1 capfull (13.5ml) to 270ml of water
* For bathing use 1 capfull (13.5ml) to 2.7 litres of water
* For domestic cleaning use 1 capfull (13.5ml) to 270ml of water
* For laundry use 1 capfull (13.5ml) to 540ml of water

### Side effects
* It causes eczema to some people
* It can darken the skin if use excessively.

* It makes the food taste better
* It does not smoke when frying with it
* It does not become solid in cold temperature


### How to use the products
* Use it for frying
* You  it in cooking jollof rice
* Use it as salad cream

### Side effects
It can cause heart burn when used excessively

* Use it for deep frying
* Pour a moderate quality into your jollof rice.

It can cause heart burn when use excess.
