<p>昨日から、実家に帰省しています。新幹線より安いからと高速バスを使ったのですが、やっぱり激混みのノロノロ運転でくたびれました…。</p>

<p>My mother is good at cooking. Last night she got a large amount of figs from her colleague. The colleague sells figs, but as shown in the picture below, it is impossible to sell figs whose fruit has broken. So, she gives my mothre a lot of figs like these every year.</p>

<p>さて、実家というのは色々と美味しい食べ物が出てくる場所ですよね。私の母も料理が上手です。</p>

<p>昨夜、母は元同僚から大量の無花果を貰ってきました。</p>
<p>無花果を売っているお宅だそうですが、下の写真のように実が割れてしまうともう出荷はできないとのことで…　毎年、大量の無花果をくれるのです。</p>

<p>確かに見た目はあまりよくないのですが、実はこれくらいが食べ頃なんだとか。</p>

<p>頂いた無花果で、コンポートを作りました。</p>
<p>皮を剥いた無花果を、砂糖、白ワインと一緒に煮詰めていきます。</p>
<p>（作ったのは全て母。私はウキウキしながら、後ろから写真を撮っていただけです）</p>

<p>Finally add lemon juice. Transfer to a bowl and chill in a refrigerator overnight.</p>

無花果は子供の頃学校帰りの道すがら、自生していたのを友達と食べながら帰ったものでした。なのでスーパーでお金を出して買うのが勿体無い気がしてしまいます^_^;

え～!! 通学路に自生している無花果なんてあるんですね。素敵な思い出ですね^^
確かにスーパーで売ってる無花果は高いので、うちも買わないですよ。果物といったらバナナ（息子用）ばっかりです。

やっぱり食べ頃の無花果だったんですね^^ 普段自分では買わないので、特に美味しいと感じたこともなかったのですが、このコンポートにはやられました…。

私はこの前そのまま無花果を食べましたが、お菓子にするの見てるだけでも美味しそうです～(^O^)
そういえばうちの近所にもいちじくの木を植えている家がありますが、まだ熟していませんでした。

レモン汁で酸味を加えて、少しフルーティーな感じにするっぽいです。とろみありますね！とても美味しかったのですが、一度に三つが限界です(食べ過ぎ)…

コメントありがとうございます^^ 白ワインと、レモン汁の効果かもしれませんね…？去年は皮ごとコンポートにしていましたが、皮なしの方が食べやすいということで、今年は剥いていました。
