Dear 2018,
Even though the previous year wasn't really pleasant, i am really looking forward to welcoming you. You see i haven't given up yet, i still have hope and hope is a big thing. Hope is what keeps us going. 
2017 was an year of extremes, tbh its was a rollercoaster ride. Somedays tricked me into believing that life couldn't be better and some that it couldn't be worse. On one side the year was filled with smiles and laughters and on the other side it consisted screams of agony and anxiety which were muffled by my pillow. But if given a chance I'll do all of it all over again. Except one. 
I want to use today as an opportunity to apologize to a very dear friend of mine for i had said something very harsh. I don't ask for his friendship again because i have certainly lost the right but all i ask is for him to not hate me. I know dear friend you'll just scroll past this post but if you do read it then know, i am sorry and take care. 
I hope you bring happiness to those who are broken by life and some hope for those who were devastated. I hope you bring luck and love to all.
