_My blog has been relatively inactive for the past 48 hours due to power and device challenge. My Hub could not operate on full gear, as such deprived those who use the hub for their blockchain activities as well. In all, am back stronger and better. God is in charge of the affairs of His people._
Yesterday, as I was reflecting the activities I embarked on last week on the blockchain, I found the need to make some research so as to build a solid information module to educate my people on the culture, opportunities and future of the Telos Blockchain.
Blockchain research, blogging and Business has become a part of my learning, career and work schedules. My investigations and research ongoing on Telos blockchain has become so necessary as it is a virgin platform with amazing potentials. Trust me, I will be glad to share with you the discoveries I am making in the coming week.

### ".JC" Nomenclature on Telos: My Views
It is to our awareness that all accounts created on Telos blockchain courtesy of Steemchurch expansion has the extension “dot JC” (.jc) added to them. While making some reflections on this, it dawn on me that a call for our love for “Jesus Christ” is a compulsory field to fill in the registration form.
I have this deep impression that the ".jc" represent "Jesus Christ" who is our Model on @Steemchurch and @Sc-telos. Be reminded that the love we profess in #beatitudes was best exampled by Jesus Christ who gave Himself and all He had in order to save us , even while we were sinners.
His model of love for the Father (God) and to humanity is unparalleled and worthy of emulation. His mission to world to give an all-round freedom and restoration to man is also a model to look upon. Considering the prophesies abut the coming of Christ Jesus in Isaiah 61: 1-4 and His confirmation in Luke 4: 18-19 opens us up to see the salient mission He came to fulfill:
- preach good news to the poor,
- proclaim deliverance to the captives,
- open the eyes of the blind,
- release the oppressed,
- heal the broken hearted, and
- proclaim the year of the Lord’s favour.
Looking back at the vision and mission of Steemchurch, will make us understand that only in Jesus Christ that we can fulfil our purpose and reach our destiny of being true soldiers who lived and died as freedom crusaders and love agents in a perverse world like ours. Let this blog inspire you to look up to Jesus as the author and finisher of our faith even on Telos Blockchain. Every inspiration that our leader @Sirknight leads is drawn from the life of Jesus Christ.

## Jesus as our Model
In a few weeks, I will be sharing some lecture series that will point us to the life and living of Jesus Christ which is worthy of our emulation. Being able to follow every mark of His footsteps can only lead us to life, peace, love, joy, success and an eternal bliss afterwards.
Living after the life of Christ Jesus is a call that every acclaimed Christian must answer and an allegiance we must undertake.
## Foundational Teachings
Foundation is the basis foe every action and marks the beginning of a project. A firm foundation is necessary for any building, institution, or individual to endure. The life of Christ pictures amazing foundational values that saturated all aspects of His ministry. His early disciples identified them and were able to live out and communicate same to us. It is therefore pertinent that we build our lives around such foundation which is solid and reliable.
Matthew 7:24-27 (NLT):
>24 “Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. 25 Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock. 26 But anyone who hears my teaching and doesn’t obey it is foolish, like a person who builds a house on sand. 27 When the rains and floods come and the winds beat against that house, it will collapse with a mighty crash.”
Jesus personally metaphored the essence of foundation as above which can be well related and applied to our lives and ministry. Most people are more concerned with the parts and aesthetics of a building that are seen, rather than what is unseen. Many even rate the durability of buildings and structures to its aesthetics which sometimes is deceitfully proportional to the cost.
However, any good builder will tell you that the foundation of a building is the most important part of the building process. With a strong foundation, the durability and assured strength of the building is guaranteed. Adversely, if the foundation is weak, it does not matter how well you build the building above the ground, the sustenance, strength and ability to carry intended loads will be compromised. In fact, buildings will crack, shift, and at times whole walls will fall over and this is as a result of an inferior foundation.
This building analogy rings true for our lives and ministry too. Our effectiveness in live and ministry will certainly be compromised if we build our lives on the wrong foundation.
### How do you choose what your foundation will be?
1 John 2:6 says, “Whoever claims to live in Him must walk as Jesus did.” As such, we have to be deliberate in studying Jesus' life and ministry and being willing to follow Him every step of the way. Through this, we will be able to notice the priorities that Jesus established through His teaching and His example that formed the foundation for all that He did.
