It's pretty much a clone of Steem and Steemit, but they seem to be more centralized, and the devs can apparently close accounts. Some find this to be a good thing (since it reduces the amount of bots), while others obviously do not. As for if it's worth it; probably not right now. But there are some active users there, so the coins might end up being valuable down the road.
