I am using the first ever CryptoPub title image I created last year as it is a special day here.  My 1-year anniversary on STEEM, a neat new (56) next to my name, 500 followers (Pub goers!) and 100 SP!  Not the meteoric rise as some of the prolific patrons here but I am proud nonetheless.  I am here for the long haul and will continue to open the doors of this virtual pub no matter what the price of STEEM is and dearly appreciate the support so graciously shown by this wonderful platform on the best blockchain around.  Hopefully we have helped people understand the crazy world of Crypto while we ourselves learn the ups and downs.

Ethereum is still on top of the trade volume on my ticker as it continues its dead cat bounce, up 1% over that of a strong day and hanging at $208.  Bitcoin is about even from where it was yesterday (at $6,450) as is Bitcoin Cash, Ripple and ETC.  NEO is correcting a little harder along with Monero both down over 4% on the day.  The clown race (0X, Tron, Lumens, ELF and FunFair I watch for entertainment and profit!) has FUN way out ahead up over 6% while the rest are over 3% down on the day.

We are at a pivotal moment on the 12-hour Bitcoin chart.  The STOCH is oversold and has to decide whether we are going to linger here like we did along the bottom of the buying support scale.  Also, there has been low/flat trading volume and, with the squeezing Bollinger lines, we should see some overdue spikes in trade volume and a big swing in  either direction.  The more price goes sideways, the bigger the break should be.  If the trend continues, we could be up to $6,650 by Monday but the Bitcoin weekend warriors have let us down all summer so I am not at all sure.  Trade conservatively here in times of uncertainty.

ETH is worth a longer term look on the daily chart where each candle represents 24-hours worth of price action.  Price is running into a little short term resistance at the $220 mark but the MACD is cruising nicely towards a cross upwards which generally spells pump.  We should be heading to the $240 level which is the Median on the Bollinger scale and a correction downward there would spell the continuation of the bearish trend.  It is either there ,or we can continue the trend and trade volume and head up to over $300 to the top Bollinger line where the 4-month resistance line is.  GO ETH GO!
