# <center>"¿Comida y belleza? Juntos pero no revueltos"</center>

<p>Primeramente quiero darte la bienvenida a mi blog, a este nuevo proyecto para mí, mi nombre es Vanessa Castañeda, aún estudiante, pero enamorada de la cocina y a lo que se refiere a la belleza y cuidado personal, al saber de esta plataforma nueva para mí, Steemit fue el “sí” que me faltaba para arrancar este nuevo plan de vida.

Te debes estar preguntando porque este eslogan tan peculiar, **“¿comida y belleza? Juntos pero no revueltos”**, ¿es posible encontrar un lugar donde comer y ponerse bella?, pues sí, la razón por ese eslogan es porque estos dos temas van de la mano y se relacionan entre sí, con la diferencia de que cada uno tienen sus caminos aparte, pero eso no quiere decir que no se crucen de vez en cuando. Este blog se dividirá en dos secciones:

- ### ¡Deja el miedo y conoce tu cocina! 

He podido experimentar lo suficiente con la cocina, que he llegado a mis propias conclusiones, las cuales a lo largo de mi vida me han ayudado combatir los típicos problemas que tenemos en cuanto entramos a la cocina; a algunos les parece aterrador la idea de cocinar, y deciden simplemente evitarlo, entiendo ese temor, lo viví y lo superé, por esa razón también quise incluir este tema en mi blog. ¿no te ha pasado que a veces tienes un antojo de un snack o comer algo diferente, no sabes qué hacer y terminas comiendo chatarra o comida procesada que te hacen mal?; así pasan con todas las comidas del día, causando como consecuencia, sobrepeso y enfermedades cardiovasculares, entre otras. En este espacio también tomamos muy en serio tu salud, combinamos lo saludable con lo diferente y delicioso, teniendo como resultado: un equilibrio perfecto.

- ### ¡Convierte tu cocina en tu salón de belleza!

Durante todo ese recorrido de familiarizarme con la cocina, aprendí que no todos los alimentos sirven solo para comer, en mi caso personal he sufrido de impurezas y algunas marcas de acné, enrojecimiento, manchas, etcétera. Durante esta etapa, dejé el miedo y empecé a experimentar, aquí te traigo los beneficios de convertir tu cocina, en tu salón de belleza.
