I recently heard that Psylocibin research was undergoing and scientists have found out that it reduces anxiety stress and depression.  The chemical is found in various types of mushrooms that grow in different places around the world. One of them being Bulgaria.

When I was in the Mountains I managed to find some shrooms that have the substance. Although they are hallucinogenic i decided to take a small amount to see what the effects would be. 

The potent dose would be around 15 mushrooms, so I took 4, just because I didn't want to start hallucinating and end up ruining my adventure.

Around 15 minutes after taking the mushrooms my body started to feel very fuzzy and relaxed. It was as if I had been massaged for a lot of time and just started walking it off. 

At the moment there wasn't any stress anxiety or depression going on as I was enjoying myself in nature, but there was an amazing mystical relaxing feel that followed, like all the burdens had been evaporated from my mind. I really felt at peace.

As to what I know these type of mushrooms are illegal in most countries which makes it hard for someone to get any. I was lucky to have found some while hiking. Overall I am beyond sure they can destroy any kind of stress and anxiety. 

Although I didn't have any hallucinations I had some amazing visions with closed eyes and some of the most powerful and vibrant dreams the following night. Just from taking 4 shrooms.
