Wonderful dinner @ Harefrøkens & V-zen place!

# Deer dinner

Once again I visit some friends and cook. We have been given 600 grams of deer steak from a local hunter and will try to make a deer pot.

Approximately;
 1 bag of carrot and 1 persill sauce in cubes, boil in a little water
1 broccoli in pieces
3-4 cloves of garlic
Fresh rosemary 1 tsp
Timian 1 tsp
Pepper, salt,
1 organic broth erection
1 teaspoon of mustard
Cream
Mushroom, fry in large pieces to have in pot

Deer Meat; cook in a saucepan and cook all together in fried bacon of cubes before severing.

Accessories; Boiled potatoes and touched cranberries

We absolutely love venison stakes, but we just butter a pan for a quick sear on both sides, then deglaze the pan with some red wine, when that is almost cooked off, the deer stakes are ready, tender, and quite flavorful.
