Това е една от "призрачните" сгради във Варна. Предполагам, че е построена преди около 10 години, но така и не е влязла в експлоатация. Местоположението й е непосредствено до втори корпус на варненския икономически университет. Прави впечатление, че само на един от апартаментите има надпис "продава се". Също така на много места мазилката е видимо повредена, което само по себе си говори колко качествено е направена...
