Weekly Choice: Fish Soup Noodle

Hello dear food lovers.  I and my husband went to Kota Kinabalu city yesterday to do a 'Urusan Seri Paduka Baginda' or do personal business with banks, insurance and renewed my driving license. Talking about driving license, I didn't realise it was expired six months ago 😬 😬. Luckily I was not fine for it.

Okay now, let me talk about the place where we went for breakfast. Its called Keng Wan Hing Restaurant. This place is famous for its delicious buns. However, today I'm going to write about our breakfast meal.

Looking for something nice to eat, we went to Gaya Street area to look for breakfast. From afar we saw this restaurant was full of customers. Luckily we managed to get an empthy table

The restaurant is a typical Chinese restaurant that served delicious baked buns, Pau (steamed bun) and dry and souped noodle. The place is clean and equipted with fans to cool the warm air. 
</div>

I ordered this Noodle Fish Soup. It's white rice noodle with  fish soup. Inside the soup is fish ball, fish cake, thin fish cake that looks like a fried egg, Ham choi, some vegetables and fried onion. The soup tasted nice, not too salty, no overdose MSG and no strong fishy smells. This meal costed RM8.80 (USD2.15).

My husband ordered this Mee Curry. He said it was okay. This meal costed RM7.00 (USD1.71).

For drinks, I ordered this Iced Milk Tea and as usual, my husband ordered his favorite drinks, steamy hot black Coffee. 
</div>

Overall, the food was delicious and the place is clean.  I highly recommended this place to those who love to eat a nice taste of that Fish Soup Noodle.
