<center>*There is something that I cherish each and every single day
That's the moment when she wakes, that first hug and what she'll say
Harmony, my young daughter, instead of "Good Morning" it's "Happy Birthday!"
Her silliness and funny jokes, do shine brightly when she plays*</center>

<center>*Still 2 years old, and yet so smart, it's truly hard to fathom
When me and my wife help get her dressed, she tests her new sarcasm
"I'm staying home! No, don't make me go! I don't want to go to kindergarten!"
"But it'll be fun! You'll see everyone, from Susy to Grace, Kim and Martin!"*</center>

<center>*She shows us a pout, a pause and then frowns, and a quick laugh with a, "I'm only joking!"
We laugh, so relieved, almost ready to leave, as she straightens her back from fake sulking
Checklist the outfit, longs socks, scarf, and jacket, tie both her shoes, and give her gloves too
The door is now open, *no outbursts* we're hoping, as she turns with a, "Mama, I love you."*</center>



<center>*We head down the street, her hand into mine, she's singing her tunes, feeling blissfully free
The cold air and wind, brings her closer to me, as she's pointing out things I'm needing to see 
This few minutes walk, I must cherish in time, as my fatherhood shapes in its place
At kindergarten now, a quick kiss on my cheek, and a fast running away after 
our last embrace*</center>
