<p>I've run several stores and learned that you must invest a lot of yourself for it to succeed. A strong intuition for business and recruiting the right people to strengthen your team. Patience and care in managing their growth, coaching in a positive way.</p>
<p>A great amount of trust and faith are placed on your people. I recall vacation weekends where I'd send out an agenda and the response back was always, "Yes, Ma'am!" &nbsp;I miss being able guiding my team and watching the wheels turn in their brain as they learn to overcome a challenge once presented with the right tools.</p>

<p>Some things that I have learned throughout my time in sales is that the market is different now. Consumers are asking for advanced technology not realizing that it will cut out human interaction all together. They want the best deal and they want to leave feedback. Then when stores start closing they want to questions the reasons why.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Now I've come to a point in my life where I have the luxury of changing my career. The difficult part would be finding something that I can see myself doing for the rest of my life. A job that I love and would not tire of.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The only way to survive is to look forward. I've put in the time, working my way up the ladder to gain the knowledge that I have today. The experience I've gained from these companies have helps me to piece together the structure that I need to launch my own brand. It's shifted several times and I don't really know where my focus is.</p>

<p>There will be failure ahead, but it's better than sitting in one spot not knowing.&nbsp;</p>

So I made my own meaning: 'F'alling 'A'pples  'I'ce 'L'ions! ...Not being afraid to fail and to fail but learning and getting back every time leads to success!!! You gots so much potential!!!
