Hola apreciada familia de steemit,agradecida de papa Dios por los dias que nos regala,hoy les voy hablar fde los tipos de pasteles de mi cuñáda.  En este dia tan hermoso mi cuñada me invito a su casa para darme una practica de como prepara estos ricos pasteles,estos deliciosos pasteles que ven en las fotografias los preparo para una institucion educativa donde enseñan a los niños especial.  Los ingredientes que utilizo fueron los siguientes: harina de trigo,mantequilla,huevos,azucar,leche liquida, vainilla y ralladura de limon, para la decoracion utilizo crema chantillini,fresas,pinas,ceresas. El modo de prepatracion fue batir con una batidora el azucar,los huevos,mantequilla despues de batir todo esto por cinco minutos le agrego la harina de trigo la leche una cucharada de vainilla y la ralladura de limon siguio batiendo por quince minutos mas. Luego agrego en una bandeja retocada con mantequilla y harina de trigo todo los ingredientes batidos para llevarlo al horno por media hora ,retirar del fuego dejar enfriar para luego realizar la decoracion ,el pastel de piña se le agrega las rodajas de piña preparadas en un caramelo y llevarlo igual al horno por media hora y luego realizar el mismo procedimiento,gracias a mi cuñada por esta pequeña practica de resposteria aprendi como realizar estos deliciosos pasteles.
