재활용 운동 기구
코로나 19  와   긴장마와  험악한  태풍으로
우리네   살림 이  너무나 어려운  지경에   이르렀다.
올해는   선풍기를  아예  꺼내  놓지도  않았다.

늙으니  선풍기    바람이  싫어졌고   냉장고  넣어둔
물이  마시기  힘들어졌다.

더위가  마지막  꼬리는  남아  있을것 같은데
태풍  하이선  때문인지  기온이  내려가
긴팔 옷을   꺼내 입었다.

오늘은  집 콕  생활의  지루함을  탈피  하려고
내방식의  운동을  시작  했다.

복숭아를  싼   부드러운 재질   을  
재활용   수거통에  넣으려다
갑자기  이것을  이용해서  운동을
해야겠다  마음 먹었다.

동그란 모양이  공처럼 생겨서  실내에서
콩주머니 처럼  가지고  놀면  무게가 없어서
층간 소음도  나지 않을것 같아  즉시
해 보았다

와   오른손 왼손  번갈아 가며  받아 보니
재미도  있고  다리 운동과  팔 운동 뿐 아니라
떨어 트리지 않으려고  정신  집중도  되고  움직이다보니
전신 운동이 되어  숨도 차고
노인에겐    안성 마춤  전신  운동이라.
대만족    이다.

처음엔  생긴데로  했는데  밑둥에  동그란  구멍을
내면  공기의  저항을  덜 받을것  같아  해보았더니
내 생각대로  더  좋았다.
발걸음만 조심 하면   된다.
