베이킹 소다 쓰임새

오늘은 주방세제로 베이킹 소다를 권장하고 싶어 내가 실천하고 있는 예를 이야기하고자 한다. 

물과 베이킹 소다를 1:1로 타서 병에 담아 쓸때마다 흔들에 그릇 씻을 때 쓰면 거품이 나지 않아 좋다. 

기름기 있는 후라이팬은 베이킹 소다 1숫가락을 놓고 물을 적당히 붙고 끓여 주면서 나무 숫가락으로 살살 문질러서 기름을 빼주고뜨거운 물은 버리고 식초물로 헹구고 행주로 문지러 닦아 주면 주방세제로 씻었을 때의 세재가 남아 있을까 하는 염려를 버려도 된다. 

식초를 쓰는 이유는 베이킹 소다가 알카리성이라 미끈미끈하기 때문에 식초로 중화시켜줌으로써 후라이팬에 알카리성분이 남지 않게 함이다. 

또 한가지 행주 삶을때 베이킹 소다를 쓰면 아주 좋다. 주방세제로 행주를 삶았을 때 아무리 깨끗이 헹구어도 이상한 냄세가 남는데 베이킹 소다는 삶기 쉽고 헹구기 쉬워서 권장해 본다. 환경보호에도 일조한다

저도 베이킹소다 식초 사용해요~ 어머님^^ 가끔 레몬 껍데기도 사용하구요. 설거지 행굴때 레몬껍데기 물에 담그면 뽀드득하니 좋아요~~

행주 삶을 때 거품이 나서 팔팔 잘 못 끓이는데, 베이킹 소다를 쓰면 끓을 때도 거품이 안 나나요???
