  <li><strong>some scientists volunteer to do the work;</strong></li>
  <li><strong>after the work is done, it is sent to the governmental scientific organizations.&nbsp;</strong></li>

<p>So, it’s not surprising that authors constantly criticize this system, as it is rather ineffective for them.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In the multi-million industry, the creators get really small shares, as most of them are taken by the distribution publishing agencies. Moreover, this system blocks the research potential and stops the necessary revolutionary changes in the society.&nbsp;</p>
