De visita en Teotihuacan

Recientemente volví a visitar las pirámides de Teotihuacán. Como habitante de la Ciudad de México he tenido muchas oportunidades de ir. Es un lugar bastante especial dentro de la enorme historia de México. Tenemos muchísimos sitios arqueológicos que visitar pero la majestuosidad de la Pirámide del Sol es bastante difícil de igualar. Quizás en un principio no es claro para los locales la importancia del sitio y es a través de ojos extranjeros como nos damos cuenta de la trascendencia de un lugar como Teotihuacán. Y es que solemos dar por sentado que están ahí y perdemos de vista que un antecedente histórico de esa magnitud no se encuentra en muchas otras partes del mundo. Tenemos un gran pasado indígena que muchas veces no alcanzamos a distinguir entre nosotros mismo, que aún se encuentra en nuestro presente. Justo de eso te das cuenta cuando escuchas los comentarios de extranjeros, de cómo ven con asombro lo que para nosotros sólo forma parte del paisaje. 

Recomiendo enormemente visitar el sitio acompañado de otras miradas. A fin de cuentas es la Ciudad donde los hombres se vuelven dioses.

Hay muchos modos para llegar a las Pirámides, pero yo personalmente prefiero la ruta que va de Metro Potrero, al salir hay unos buses que llevan por 52 pesos.
