BDVoter is coming from the Bangladeshi community of STEEM blockchain. It got my attention some time ago when I saw the @bdvoter account curating some content. 

# 0% ROI Content Promotion
In built content promotion systems of STEEM are quite broken and worthless. But getting an ROI for paying someone to vote for your content can lead to abuse. 0% ROI fixes both of these problems __while allowing delagators get 100% share + 70% curation.__

They do manual curation as well (to keep the VP being full and waste opportunity to earn curation rewards)
