It has been quite a year indeed, but, I guess that also means that I actually 'lived'. The twelve months before that were pretty intense too, quitting my job, leaving for the Canary Islands, working on a movie there. Another year fully lived ;>)

Depression is a frequent companion of mine. Following me like a shadow waiting for the light to fade just enough for him to reach in.
I always have to be careful to nurture my own inner spirit. 
You and I share some common ground being introverts, creatives, and navigating the money maze.
I feel that feeling coming over me since I woke this morning. 
It feels like that hand can just reach into the solar plexus and squeeze.
There have been times when this would go on for long periods of time. 
I am more aware and proactive theses days. I would love to just turn this around ASAP, wish me luck. 
May we both keep the inner light strong, so that we can brush off the hand of shadow and truly shine from within.
