**What elements of the project have worked best?**
* <br> Прежде всего, спасибо за ваш очень важный пост -обращение к участникам, как лучше организовать работу Steemit. Прежде всего мне бы хотелось отметить лучший проект 100 дней Стимит. Каждый день я ждала ваш новый пост, чтобы прочитать новости и получить задачи для выполнения. Но я увидела этот проект только месяц назад. Я потеряла время, что не увидела его раньше. И не только я, потому что многие участники Стимит не знают, кто такой @steemitblog и что у него есть прекрасные конкурсы, в которых можно всем участвовать, обмениваться комментариями, развивать социальные связи и получать вознаграждение.
* <br> Для меня лучше всего сработал проект - ежедневный дневник. Повседневная жизнь она очень важна для людей и всегда хочется поделиться радостью или печалью со своими читателями, чтобы получить психологическую поддержку.
* <br> Восхитила благотворительная деятельность Steemitblog и я сама включилась в этот процесс. Спасибо вам.
**Which parts haven’t worked so well?**
* <br> Для новичков нет инструкции как работает Стимит. Они попадают на платформу и не знают с чего начать? Хотелось бы видеть на главной странице Стимит путеводитель для новичков. Там пошагово описать схему развития на платформе, где изложить: @steemitblog - это центральный орган Steemit. Читать его посты обязательно для всех новичков. Участие в его конкурсах поможет новичку быстрее влиться в сообщество Steemians. Наверняка на платформе есть талантивые авторы, но мы о них не знаем. Они не активны среди основной массы участников.
* <br> некоторые комментарии участников носили явно агрессивный и конфликтный характер.
**What would you like to see more of?**
* <br> Больше активности и больше разных сообществ и кураторов. За 100 дней Стимит сделал реально большой шаг в сторону сплочения сообщества. Мир на платформе стоит дорого. Нет войны флагов и это прекрасно. Нет конфликтов и это прекрасно. Люди общаются в атмосфере уважения и почтения друг к другу.
* <br> Возможно провести конкурс дня покупки Стима, увеличения SP и выкладывать скриншоты.
* <br> Конкурс - месяц без снижения SP и выкладывать скриншоты.
* <br> Возможно @steemchiller и другие программисты могли бы за вознаграждение сделать новый интерфейс Steemit? Сделать его более привлекательным для других участников, которых надо приглашать из других социальных сетей: Твиттер, Фейсбук, национальных сетей в каждой стране мира.
* <br> Создать доступный способ покупки BTC, Steem с кредитной карты, через SteemWorld or SteemEngine.
* <br> Делегировать часть SP (10-15) для новичков, чтобы они могли быстрее развиваться. Возможно всем новичкам с репутацией 25-45 давать апвоут $0.01-0.05, чтобы у них был интерес расти и двигаться вперед.
* <br> И уменьшить выплаты тем, кто размещает пост с 1 фотографией по 3-5 раз в день и платит за получение апвоутов?

**What have you enjoyed the most?**
* <br> Возможность писать посты на родном языке. В этом я вижу огромное уважение команды Стимит к участникам из разных стран, к их культуре, традициям, родному языку.
* <br> Мне понравилась доброжелательность и обратная связь с @steemitblog, @steemcurator01,@steemcurator02, @steemcurator08. Они работают и страются поддержать большое количество участников платформы, их ценный контент, вовлечь их в развитие Steemit. Спасибо им большое.
**Do you think Steemit should be involved in organizing these sorts of activities and challenges?**
<br> Считаю, что обязательно необходимо продолжать ваше участие. Участники всегда смотрят как работает их руководитель и пытаются его копировать. Руководитель работает хорошо, то и участник старается и работает добросовестно. Я поддерживаю все ваши начинания, конкурсы и задачи. Давайте развивать стимит, делать ему хорошую рекламу, чтобы Steemit был привлекательным и для инвесторов и для авторов.

Participation in its competitions will help the newcomer to quickly join the Steemians community. For sure, there are talented authors on the platform, but we don't know about them. They are not active among the main mass of participants.

> - More activity and more different communities and curators. In 100 days, Stimit has made a really big step towards community cohesion. The world on the platform is expensive.
