Благодарю @steemingcurators за прекрасную идею обменяться мнением для дальнейшего развития и расширения социальных связей внутри платформы Steemit. Ваше сообщество сделало очень многое для обучения новичков, предложив им пройти начальный вводный курс обучения, без которого вряд ли бы сами участники-новички смогли добиться значительных результатов на Steemit. И ваше сообщество имеет высокую репутацию на Steemit, вам доверяют, к вашим советам прислушиваются, многие другие сообщества по странам курируются вами и вы на самом деле построили достойную социальную связь на Steemit. Считаю, что многое зависит от руководителя и я вижу, что руководитель вашего сообщества умеет объединять вокруг себя участников, демонстрируя им свою работоспособность и квалификацию.
Также надо отметить, с моей точки зрения, достойную работу команды Steemit, в лице @steemitblog @steemcurator01 За прошедший год Steemit добился заслуженных результатов. После раскола, благодаря деятельности команды, умению найти "народный проект" The diary Game, Steemit смог привлечь большое количество новых участников, а также вернуть тех участников, кто ушел с платформы по разным причинам. И я была в числе таких вернувшихся, а также смогла привести еще и других русских участников на Steemit.
Всегда надо помнить, что человек - это золотой фонд и надо беречь любого участника, потому что он является потенциальным инвестором в Steemit. Растет SP каждого участника - значит платформа будет развиваться и жить.
На основе вышесказанного, я предлагаю мои идеи и предложения для развития Steemit, чтобы он стал образцовой социальной сетью для всех.
- Основная задача Сообщества Steemit - это привлечение новых участников на платформу.
Возможно разработать систему поощрения от команды Стимит, что-то типа реферальной программы. За каждого новичка приведенного на платформу и его активного участия, к примеру, в течение 3 месяцев, приглашающий и приглашенный поддерживается куратором в размере 2-5% на их посты. Выделить куратора для контроля и поддержки участников на эту программу. За три месяца этот новичок вольется в сообщество и не захочет больше покидать его, более того, сам будет заинтересован в приглашении своих последователей.
- Где бы нам найти еще одного такого влиятельного человека, как Елон Маск? Кто бы одним словом мог поднимать цену Steemit, SBD, TRX. Тогда бы у нас было много инвесторов. Надо продумать рекламу Steemit, то что делают сами участники, размещая свои посты в Twitter и Facebook, все же недостаточно. Это должна быть продуманная рекламная компания.
- Добавить на платформу BTT, как это было с TRX - это поможет сделать Steemit единственной социальной сетью, где участники за свои посты получают вознаграждение в разных криптовалютах. Уверена, что это позволило бы увеличить капитализацию Steemit и добавить очков для деловой репутации платформы. Сообщество должно быть едино в достижении главной цели: вывести Steemit в число лучших социальных сетей в мире.
- Делегирование полномочий по курированию участников различных сообществ, их руководителей, а также участников, которые еще не определились в выборе, к какому сообществу примкнуть. Steemit - платформа монетизированная, поэтому, я считаю, что каждый участник достоин внимания со стороны кураторов. @steemitblog создал обширную сеть кураторов, но не всегда можно видеть, что курирование идет равномерно, потому что не охватыватывает большую часть участников Steemit.
К примеру такой сложный и необходимый проект, как Cryptoacademy, на мой взгляд не получает должного курирования. Написать пост о линиях поддержки и сопротивления, о DeFi, блокчейне Etherium, dAPPs, требует отдельной подготовки и большого времени и умения со стороны участника. И значительно проще написать о своем дне или разместить пост в Mytown10pics.
И для сравнения другой проект:
Я согласна, что есть очень известные и достойные участники-лидеры, но вознаграждение их постов иногда мне кажется излишне завышенным. Причем с точки зрения "распыления" кураторского вознаграждения между разными участниками, а не всегда только среди одних и тех же участников, увеличивает Voting CSI.
- Создать организационный Совет, который бы был источником идей по внедрению новых проектов, позволящих развивать Steemit быстрее. В него могли бы войти самые известные на платформе участники, на мой взгляд, такие как @steemchiller, @remlaps1, которые знают как устроен блокчейн Steemit, тем более они старожилы на платформе, многое сделали для Steemit, очень скромные и достойные, и на мой взгляд недооцененные командой.
- Проводить разовые акции на постоянной основе среди участников Steemit по покупке основного токена Steemit, чтобы держать его в определенном ценовом диапазоне и делая его привлекательным для сторонних инвесторов.
- Оставить блог @steemitblog основным информативным центром, как это было несколько месяцев назад. Возможно найти помощника, который бы каждый день публиковал новый пост, собирая всю основную информацию по конкурсам и сообществам, к примеру это мог бы быть @pennsif.

You should always remember that a person is a gold fund and you should take care of any participant, because he is a potential investor in Steemit. The SP of each participant is growing, which means that the platform will develop and live.
Based on the above, I offer my ideas and suggestions for the development of Steemit, so that it becomes a model social network for everyone.
- The main task of the Steemit Community is to attract new members to the platform.
It is possible to develop a system of promotion from the team Limit, something like a referral program. For each newcomer brought to the platform and their active participation, for example, for 3 months, the invitee and the invitee are supported by the curator in the amount of 2-5% on their posts. Assign a curator to monitor and support participants for this program. In three months, this newcomer will join the community and will not want to leave it anymore, moreover, he will be interested in inviting his followers.
- Where would we find another such influential person as Elon Musk? Who could raise the price of Steemit, SBD, TRX in one word. Then we would have a lot of investors. We need to think through Steemit advertising, but what the participants themselves do when posting on Twitter and Facebook is still not enough. It should be a well-thought-out advertising campaign.
- Add BTT to the platform, as it was with TRX - this will help make Steemit the only social network where participants are rewarded for their posts in different cryptocurrencies. I am sure that this would increase the capitalization of Steemit and add points to the business reputation of the platform. The community should be united in achieving the main goal: to make Steemit one of the best social networks in the world.
- Delegation of authority to supervise members of various communities, their leaders, as well as participants who have not yet decided which community to join. Steemit is a monetized platform, so I believe that each participant deserves the attention of the curators. @steemitblog has created an extensive network of curators, but it is not always possible to see that curation goes evenly, because it does not cover most of the Steemit participants.
For example, such a complex and necessary project as Cryptoacademy, in my opinion, does not receive proper supervision. Writing a post about support and resistance lines, DeFi, the Etherium blockchain, dApps, requires separate preparation and a lot of time and skill on the part of the participant. And it's much easier to write about your day or post in Mytown10pics.
And for comparison, another project:
I agree that there are very well-known and worthy participants-leaders, but the remuneration of their posts sometimes seems to me too high. Moreover, from the point of view of the "dispersion" of curatorial remuneration between different participants, and not always only among the same participants, Voting CSI increases.
- Create an organizational council that would be a source of ideas for the implementation of new projects that allow you to develop Steemit faster. It could include the most famous participants on the platform, in my opinion, such as @steemchiller, @remlaps1, who know how the Steemit blockchain works, especially since they are old-timers on the platform, have done a lot for Steemit, very modest and worthy, and in my opinion underestimated by the team.
- Conduct one-time promotions on a permanent basis among Steemit participants to purchase the main Steemit token in order to keep it in a certain price range and make it attractive to third-party investors.
- Leave the blog @steemitblog as the main information center, as it was a few months ago. It is possible to find an assistant who would publish a new post every day, collecting all the basic information on contests and communities, for example, it could be @pennsif.
