Past is something that cannot be changed, a series of events should not tell you what you should do, instead ability to hone your skills for the future is crucial and that is something that matters the most. This is the basis for all changes in life, it is easier said than done I understand. You need to try, try to live in the present and move over your past.

Human brain is a tricky place and it is not easy to adapt as per philosophy people preach, but how hard it is to realize that there is only one life, we need to live. Birth was not by our choice and even death wont be by our choice. It is two sides of a same coin, they stay together .

You have just passed your worst, your past is worst?? Doesn't it makes your life the best, you are also strongest person ever. If you can pass through the worst then there is nothing that can bring you down in life. We are all afraid of life and that is something sad, we should start believing in destiny and life drives us the way it is meant to be.
