While approaching the Island of Capri, the guide's mouth wouldn't stop advertising her services: "Very correct price!". In her opinion, not mine. That's because you don't really need that guided tour in order to check out the beauty of the island. Everything is more expensive here so I doubt that the "correct price" she was talking about was really "correct". You don't really come here in order to find a lot about the history of this place but rather to check out how wealthy people spend their millions. It seems Krupp (the cannon king) was among the first to give the green light to aristocracy vacations here. His doctor recommended Capri for its mild, Mediterranean weather and in turn, he got in love with the island. So in love that he became somehow famous for the Secret Men Society he developed here. Stories of his pervert behaviour here are still roaming the place even though they named a road here in his name (well...he kind of constructed that alley and managed to connect the Grande Marina on the North of the Island to the Small Marina in the South. 
"Go on people, KISS!! Kiss under the arch!" the guide was screaming in the boat speakers as we passed under the natural stone arch you can see in the picture. Her high pitched voice is still resonating in my ears.
