# <center>Polkadot (DOT) Analysis</center>

Today, May 12, 2022, I will try to technically analyze the price movement of Polkadot.

When the cryptocurrency market is in a bear trend, so is the DOT/USD market. It's been a few weeks since Polkadot has experienced a price decline, although there has been a minor price increase, overall the DOT/USD market is still in a very long bearish phase.

The first thing we can get is that the DOT price has passed its Support Level which is at $16.23.

Then the second we can also see a cross between the 100 and 200 EMA lines which shows a Death Cross moment.

In addition, the moment of Death Cross is also shown by the ADX Indicator where the DI- line moves above the DI+ line.

Even so, we should not hastily make a decision not to buy Polkadot. If we look at the RSI indicator, it is shown that the polka dots are already in the oversold phase, which is an indication that there will be a rebound from the polka dots price.

From all the analysis that I have shown, we can see that indeed Polkadot is in a very large Bearish Trend, but we can also monitor the movement of DOT going forward because there is still the possibility of Polkadot experiencing a trend reversal because it is already in the overbought phase.
