## Kartoffeln...
Ich esse sie selten. Ich mag es nicht, sie zu schälen.  Es ist zu viel Mühe. Wenn ich sie Maude ist as vielleicht zweimal in haha, wenn die neuen da sind und ich nicht schälen muss.
Zwei Löffel geschälte Kartoffeln sind gut für 34,6 Kohlenhydrate.
Wenn Du die nicht schälst ist es 30.8.  Ich frage mich, wie das möglich ist.
Kartoffeln oder Reis macht kein Unterschied. Das überrascht mich schon.


**Ich mag Pommes, esse es aber kaum.**
Es ist zu viel Mühe, es zu machen. Ich brate draußen und es ist Winter und friert. Nicht schlimm es passt auch nicht in meine Ernährung.
Zwei Löffel Pommes sind gut für 38,3 Kohlenhydrate, was mich überrascht, da Sonnenblumenöl überhaupt keine Kohlenhydrate enthält!
Es ist auch schwer zu glauben, dass mehr Pommes auf einen Löffel passen als Kartoffel oder Kartoffelpüree.

**Kartoffelbrei ist gut für 22,5 Kohlenhydrate, was für mich schon ein Wunder ist, da man Milch und Butter hinzufügt.**
Kartoffelpüree aus einer Packung ist gut für 24,8 Kohlenhydrate, was bedeutet, dass die Chemikalien gut für 2,3 Kohlenhydrate sind (ich rede noch immer von zwei Löffeln).

Es ist besser, Bohnen zu essen, obwohl sie nicht gut sind, went Du eine Kohlenhydratenarmes Diät einhältst und nicht mehr als 7 pro Tag herunter schlucken darfst.

**Morgen veröffentliche ich mein nächstes Update über # hasil2020 und wenn es um mein Gewicht geht, geht es mir _nicht_ gut. **
Ich habe schon Gewicht verloren aber fast alles wieder zugenommen.
Ich bin wirklich erbärmlich. Noch immer schaffe ich es nicht von Luft alleine zu leben und egal wie viel Wasser und Tee ich trinke, es hilft mir nicht. Übrigens bin ich selten hungrig, dass ist schon etwas. 

Nur damit Du bescheid weißt: Man sagt, dass diese Päckchen Kartoffelpüree, aus schlechten Kartoffeln hergestellt werden, Kartoffeln die nur gut sind als Tierfutter (Schweinen) und die Armee.
Sie verwenden es auch als "Haftmittel" in diesen Beuteln mit geriebenem Käse.
Weiß was Du kaufst und vor allem isst.

## Potatoes...
I seldom eat them. I do not like to peel them. It is too much trouble. So if I buy them it might be twice a year if the new ones are there and I do not need to peel. 
Two spoons of peeled potatoes are good for 34.6 carbohydrates.
If you do not peel them it is 30.8. I wonder how that can be possible. 
Potatoes or rice does not make any difference which surprises me. 


**I like French fries but hardly eat it.**
It is too much trouble making it. I fry outside and it is freezing so I skip that plus it does not fit in my diet either.
Two spoons of French fries is good for 38.3 carbohydrates, which surprises me since sunflower oil does **not** contain carbohydrates at all!
It is very hard to believe there fit more French fries on a spoon as potato or... mashed potato. 

**Mashed potatoes are good for 22.5 carbohydrates which is a miracle to me since most people add milk and butter to it.** 
If you make the mashed potatoes from a package it is 24.8 carbohydrates which means they give you some chemicals extra good for 2.3 carbohydrates (I still talk about two spoons).

It is better to eat some beans although they are not good if you are on a low carbon diet either and you cannot have more as 7 carbohydrates a day like me. 

**Tomorrow I publish my next update about #hasil2020 and if it comes to my weight I am _not_ doing good.** 
I lost and nearly gained everything again. 
I am really pathetic. I can still not live on air a day and no matter how much water and tea I drink it does not help me. 

By the way: They say those packages of mashed potato powder remade of bad potatoes only good for this and the army. 
They use it too as a "sticking agent" in those bags with grated cheese. 
Know what you buy and above all _eat_.
