Heyo STEEMians!

We all know what happened yesterday and what is happening for the past few months.  STEEM is going down and the panic has just reached its peak. But, with all this crazy markets and price going down, I can say easily that **it's a wonderful time to be a STEEMian!** You could think that I'm going crazy or that I'm going to buy STEEM like crazy, now that it's low in price. But, **I ain't talkin' about that!**

When I arrived on STEEM Blockchain, the price of STEEM was 5.5 $. Back then, I even got curated by @curie and it was an amazing feeling to have some STEEM/SP in my wallet. Everybody told me not to **trade STEEM for fiat** because STEEM will go much higher, possibly to 8 $. I could have more money woohoo -.-' That was back in April and I decided not to trade any STEEM for fiat and wait a bit for the price to go up. I was excited that I could earn via STEEM Blockchain and I decided that I will work hard to make it happen.

### Bare in mind that this was my early beginnings and I didn't know much about STEEM and what it brings to the table. I just saw another way to make money without realizing that I was seeking for this community for a long time.

So, back then I was working hard and trying my best to learn what STEEM is. I cannot *live* somewhere without knowing where I am and who are the people that surround me. I wanted to know what is the idea behind STEEM so I started to engage more in the communities. While doing that, I realized that STEEM is my world I've been seeking for a long time. I always told to my parents that this is not a time for me, like I don't belong in this world's system. I learned its real flaws 10 years ago and I couldn't fit in whole my life. I live for **love, support, compassion, feelings, thinking, creativity, art, again love,...**, but what this world offers is just money money money and then sex bitches, money money money... **FUCK THAT!** Until we fix this world, I don't want to hear about trivial shit that they try to brainwash us as they matter. They don't. Period.

Anyway... A month or two passed and I was **in love with STEEM**. I told all my friends, parents and everyone I could, about it. It was like a perfect girl you've been waiting for whole life. We all know, nothing is perfect but this system is much better than IRL. As a matter of fact, **I believe that blockchain technology, especially STEEM becuase of the idea behind it, is the only thing that can fix the world.** Maybe, I lack knowledge about other systems or I'm too pessimistic but I see it that way.

Feeling all of that, I really engaged in the communities and I started to promote STEEM on my other social platforms. I am lucky that on FB, I have around 10k people on my profile(s) so I can promote it to a bigger audience. I started to be **real Steemian**, if you ask me :) Until today, **I NEVER POWERED DOWN, NEVER TOOK ANYTHING FROM MY WALLET and I don't want to!** As much as I need to and my RL pushes me, I plan to HODL as much STEEM as I can, I simply don't want to trade it for anything. I invested a lot of my time, feelings and thoughts in this community and I believe in it from the bottom of my heart.

I see some flaws in the system that people are trying to exploit but also I believe that STEEM is the brightest future we can afford to have at this moment in space and time. There's a lot of the communities supporting people who adds value to this blockchain and the people. There's a lot of people creating real value and good quality content, like anywhere else in the world. **This community is fearsome** in a way that it can change the world. Yes, I dare to say it, **we can change this world.**

What I saw from people, in these crazy times, that they panic like crazy. I'm trying to figure out why ;) It seems like a lot of people here still didn't change their mentality and didn't decentralize their minds. It's hard to change our routines of thinking but I believe that by engaging in the community and investing some time in it, it can do you miracles. First, you will understand the power of STEEM and how it can benefit this world as it's already doing. Secondly, you will benfit yourself and you will be able to help others.

So, **don't panic!** These are some crazy times but after a dark night, bright day arises. Ned said on SteemFest *this is a place where patience pays off* and I fully agree with it. The only reason I couldn't believe in STEEM is if I didn't invest my time and learned what it really is. Don't see it as a money making machine to buy you a yacht and other shizzle, STEEM is  much more than that. So, respect the time other people are giving to you and your blockchain and try to give back, you will see how much we can achive together then. 

Again, don't panic and STEEM ON!
