Iβm a fan of asparagus! How about you? Iβm doing my best to change my thinking about the food I eat on a regular basis. That food is going to become a part of who I am as soon as I eat it... itβs also going to determine how well I perform, how I feel, and ultimately if I experience this life in an optimal way or not. Pretty important stuff and deserving of more of my time and attention I figure! For me itβs helped to factor in #OneMore healthy thing to eat each day. I mean head to the grocery store and pick up something healthy. Just one thing. Do that each and every day and old habits start to change. Pretty soon Iβm eating one more healthy thing and that naturally replaces something thatβs not so healthy right?! So what do you think of that? Hereβs another new eating strategy I recently came up with... one of the difficult things about food is the decision making, planning, and the amount of time it actually takes to prep a wholesome meal... well I have decided that if I canβt think of anything to eat (thatβs going to be good for me) to automatically default to making a salad. Great stepping π and congratulations π on the automaticwin π. Your food is looking wonderful π―π. Eating a wide range of colors of natural foods is the way to go. And all organic the better, definitely nothing in a packet/processed. That is what am eating, things as natural as possible and I did cut out sugar and use pink Himalayan salt for seasoning. Yes! Colorful foods are healthy clues. I have also been adding pink Himalayan salt to season my salads along with avocado, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. It really does wonders to zest up my salads! Cutting sugar out is a good move I think. I'm cutting that out as well. Got to eat clean. I like to say, "If you want fighter-jet results then you gotta eat fighter-jet fuel not jumbo-jet fuel." Fasting has been harder to do but I have been fasting 1 day each month (Except January where I fasted those 3 days) and I think I'm going to keep at that detox strategy. So yeah Eric! It seems like we are thinking the same ways about our nourishment! Let's booth keep that going! :D
