My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2019

Today activities is good. Walked to my training centre taking the MRT. Since at training you get to eat a lot, so it is always good to walk after eating. It helps to ease your digestion. Nothing beats walking. It is the safest and most effective form of exercise.
