I used to go to an usual restaurant in country side chain that served avocado that had been baked with a tomato sauce. Never seen it since.



I personally found cooked avocado to be the most foul thing I ever tasted the first time I did it. There was no second time!!! Deep fried tho... that’s a different story.


You may ask , What is the benefit, does it taste any different? Yes it's different and good atleast for me. I have tried it many times.


Years ago I went to a vegan restaurant and had fried avocados in a burrito Omgosh it was delicious! Maybe I got this idea from there!


It contains healthy fats .This looks so good would be delicious on top of a green salad loaded with veggie.



Let me share some amazing tip with you
cut in cubes and add all the ingredients you would for guacamole . But do it as a stir fry !!! You will thank me later.
