Whatever I write beyond this paragraph; don´t get me wrong. It is a worthy find so good going and there are a number of methods / ¨thinking skills¨ that can make a difference as well as other activities, but this is just someone afflicted by this mind bending curse, doing his job to help shed a little light on the darkness that is ¨depression¨, so thanks for the opportunity. (no, really)

There is a lot of misconception and misunderstanding about depression. If we´ve heard that before, there is a reason for that.  There´s also a reason few people would expose their illness openly like this. As the saying goes,... I don´t g a f. Depression can be relieved at times but there is no ¨solution in the form of advice¨ but yes, support and learned skills can help with coping and may lead to improvement. I think that´s the idea here but seemingly minor details factor in to widespread perceptions. (I´m checking this out btw)
