More Active, More Fit and Health (My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2019)

You can take advantage of your activities, be it just a light walk, jogging, jogging, biking, or even just physical activities outside such as **gardening** can be as a posting content on Steem.

With the Active app, our activities outside of sports or other physical activities have the potential to get Steem Tokon Units, and also get rewards from Activit in the form of AFIT Tokens.
