Stromboli and Cheesecake!

<p><b>After not having Stromboli or Cheesecake for maybe 10 years I had to get in the kitchen and make a real mess if you know what I mean. But seriously I just can't remember the last time I had either of these favorites of mine. So I went on a little mission to make some old fashioned comfort food. Being from New York and having family in the pizza business, I grew up with all different kinds of pizza and pizza like creations at my fingertips....and then there was grandma's cheesecake...oh my! Now come have a look at what I've been cooking here on the Island of Koh Phangan in the Gulf of Thailand.</b></p>
