What's Your Bounce Factor!?

**Do you know what your Bounce factor is?** I sure didn't. Like not all. Until i just unexpectedly bounced back. It's our Response Ability in bouncing. forward, backward, and side to side. Every which way. Our Bounce Factor is primarily about how we bounce back from imbalance to balance. It's our ability to regain balance. When we catch ourselves in a slip, it's the quick reflexes we exercise as our ability within making the best recovery play. Sports is filled with great examples of outstanding recovery plays. It's when the play was not seemingly possible because of the playing position...and then an extraordinary series of movement happens very quickly with perfect timing...making for perfect coordination and an all around great play.

**Our Bounce Factor** is how great we are as a well rounded player. Our ability to improve upon our mistakes. The willingness to inquire about misfortune and fortunes. Solution and result oriented determination. Steadfast.

**Always All Ways a Bounce Factor**

We are literally always balling.
On the Ball.
Spot on.
Baller.

**How we move** as the Ball here, is a result of our bounce factor...which simply put is the way we breathe. How inflated and deflated we are in our ability to bounce and roll as a currency of flow. Our Best Bounce is always Sound.

Interesting approach to a point that i have been looking at in my own life, which is to - in your words - bounce back when having made a mistake. And I would even say that it's not so much a bouncing back but more like a rolling forward as I learn from the mistake and grow, rather than staying stuck in self-judgment and/or disappointment.

Good post.  Really interesting article.  In my younger years I was like a yoyo.  Really high highs and really low lows.  I attribute it to inexperience and lack of personal emotional education.  As I've gotten older, I try to keep everything even emotionally.  Every time you experience something for the first time, you have a tendency to over react a bit.  Things are never as bad as they seem and never as good as you think, but someplace in the middle.  That's why I feel experience is the greatest teacher we will ever have in life, as long as we learn from it.   I wonder if the term "bounce back" is derived from this meaning.  Having the ability to "bounce back" from adversity.
