The Power of Positive Thinking

It's life-changing for you, and it's life-changing for him. They're doing something that the country simply isn't doing - and it's real money. You and I are beneficiaries of the habit of regular, incremental change. What's your habit? Do you know what your life-changing habit is? If you don't, read on, pick one habit:

* Learn to pick one habit to focus on. For many people, the habit of thinking negatively is so strong that they find it difficult to pick one thing to focus on. When this happens, it becomes very easy to focus on negative thoughts and, before long, their thought habits are built right into them. To get out of this trap, pick one habit and keep it firmly in mind throughout the day. This will make it easier for you to shift your focus and replace the old habit with the new one.

* Give your "self-talk" some careful consideration. Your "self-talk" is everything from the way you think about yourself to the way you feel on any given day. Listen to your "self-talk" and take note of any statements that seem to have trouble leaving your mind. Once you identify negative statements and the manner in which you talk about yourself, you can replace them with more positive thoughts and feelings.
