It is loaded with sensors like Accelerometers 3D, Magnetometers 3D, Gyroscopes 3D and ECG Recorder which allow it to monitor and analyse the individual and team performances in real time.
**It uses a CSIRO developed ultra band local positioning system which is 20 times more accurate than GPS.**
Results generated by T6 can play an important role in performance analysis, weakness identification and tactical decision making.

You have a valid question so let me answer it in two parts...

In team sports(football) the decisions are made by coaches and team management...so use of this device is the decision of player...
 
In individual sports(like tennis or squash etc.) player can use this device to identify their shortcomings scientifically and make adequate adjustment...

This device is tracking system meant to identify and improve not to penalize some player...

In professional sports everything works in a professional way, no room for personal feelings and biased decisions.
