> The SILENT 2 Electro is the first self-launching sailplane incorporating the Front Electric Self-Launcher/Sustainer (FES) in serial production since years. The aircraft is capable of both unassisted take-off and periods of powered flight – as may be necessary to sustain soaring flight.

- It's 22kw brushless electric motor installed in it's nose is powered by Li-ion batteries and is capable of periods of powered flight, as necessary for a saring flight.
- Equipped with a foldable propeller to make the flight aerodynamically clean.
- Capable of launching from multiple type of runways.
