最是难忘“泰山粉条”

昨天没事去郊外溜达，不觉不知间就来到了小马庄的小山旁，居然遇到了多年没见晾晒粉条的人家，暖阳下一根根晶莹的粉条挂在冬日的田野里，很是壮观！

早些年，进入腊月，天晴的时候，一般几户会相约做粉条，秋天收的红薯打粉，然后煮一下过筛充出粉条，在村外的野地里架上竹竿，开始晾晒，各村村边的野地里，都会扯起这样的“粉条长队”，风景独特。

粉条自然风干，梁上的竹筐里一放，一吃就是大半年。为了好吃，有时半夜晒出来，那叫冻粉，由于晚上太晚太冷，现在冻粉已经很少了。

纯红薯做出来的粉条，口感好，入味深，劲道有嚼劲有弹性，在锅里多煮一会也不会泛、不会断。

冬天天冷，农家常做炖菜，萝卜白菜猪肉熬一大锅，七成熟时拧一把粉条放进去，做好时再切点新鲜的蒜苗，淋上点小磨香油，那叫一个带劲，一人一大碗端在手里，再攥上两个馒头或饼子，一口菜、一口馍、一口汤，吃的香喷喷、热腾腾、饱澄澄。
