PRACTIQUEMOS LA PACIENCIA EN NUESTRO VIVIR DIARIO

En la vida diaria muchas veces nos encontramos ante situaciones que no son de nuestro agrado y podemos perder la calma: compañeros que no hacen las cosas como nos gustaría que las hicieran, personas que se mueven a un ritmo diferente al nuestro, colas que debemos hacer hasta que nos toque el tueno…

La paciencia es una virtud que nos ayuda a comprender y tolerar con valor y sabiduría los contratiempos, conservando la serenidad y el equilibrio interno.

No debemos confundir la paciencia con la indiferencia; esta última nos convierte en seres insensibles y apáticos; la paciencia, en cambio, nos ayuda a esperar sin angustias ni lamentos el momento oportuno para entonces actuar de acuerdo con la situación.

Las personas pacientes mantienen y mejoran sus relaciones con los amigos y familiares, y generan paz y armonía a su alrededor.Por lo tanto, practiquemos la pacienca en nuestro vivir diario y así viviremos mejor.

Interesante post, la realidad es que es una cualidad muy necesaria pero poco utilizada. En medio de los tiempos que vivimos donde todo cada ves es más difícil, a las personas les cuesta más ser pacientes y eso contribuye a que el ambiente sea más hostil. Entonces es más necesaria cultivar esta cualidad para hacernos la vida más llevadera.
