牛素鸡炒蒜苗

我家yanhan说这个素鸡明明不是鸡也不是肉干嘛叫“鸡”呢？


其实我也不知啊，我跟熊孩子解释说，总不是跟鸡有点渊源？或是有点啥关系吧？不然干嘛也叫“鸡”呢，反正也就是豆制品没错


带着这样的疑问，也为了解开咱们心中的疑惑… 我们找百度百科了解到：素鸡是以百叶（有些地区也叫千张）作主料，卷成圆棍形，捆紧煮熟，切片过油，加调料炒制而成的佳肴。也可做成鱼形、虾形等其他形状。口感以咸鲜味，菜色暗红，形似鸡肉，哦！原来是形似鸡肉的样子？


素鸡素鸡，美其名曰，就是一道以素仿荤的素菜而已，它就是属于豆制品的一种


据说有个典故，从前有吃斋念佛的人偶尔挂念肉味，于是便想出了一个好法子将富含蛋白质的豆干做成了口感与鸡肉如出一辙的素鸡…… 原来是这样子得名而来喔，呵～


豆制品在我们家很受欢迎，几乎所有豆制品都尝吃过了，素鸡烧菜不错，口感软中有韧，味美醇香的，确实挺好吃的


今次在素鸡中加了牛腩和蒜苗，所以我叫它「牛素鸡炒蒜苗」
同样我是在华润万家超市里买的打折素鸡，晚上去买有时候会遇见打折 你懂得哈^^


一包素鸡有两根，圆柱形的素鸡卷，清水冲洗一下对半切开，再切成薄薄的一片，煮开水焯一分钟… 清水冲一冲控一下水分


蒜苗把头尾掐掉，洗干净切成小段，切点小米辣和蒜末备用，牛腩粒是我事先烧好的


起锅烧高油温，倒入小米辣和蒜末和素鸡爆炒一下，加入适量食盐生抽，再加入牛腩粒翻炒均匀，然后加入适量开水煮三分钟… 这样可以使牛腩粒和素鸡烧入味，口感也能软韧带劲～


差不多汤汁快收尾后加入蒜苗一起炒，炒到蒜苗断生后，加入适量味精或鸡精调味，再翻炒均匀即可出锅咯～

一道香辣嫩滑… 开胃又解馋的牛素鸡炒蒜苗作为下饭菜很好吃哒～ 据说素鸡里面的钙质和蛋白质成分很高，常食为孩子补充钙质，预防骨质疏松等症，可以补充营养，关键是吃了也不会长胖喔～ 亲们要不要弄来试一下~~ ^^
