I do not know if it has been observed that success and excellence attract the same amount of appreciation and opposition. If you have observed very close, you will realize that this is true.

The opposition against so many people who are great usually begins even before the time they were born.
Take Joseph my friend as an instance, even before he was born, his mother was the most preferred  wife of his father. His grand father played a fast trick on his father before he was allowed to marry his mother.

His father had to go through an intensive labor of hard work for seven years just for him to marry Jacob's mother, but his grand father gave him her elder sister instead after seven years were over , he gave the excuse that the elder sister is supposed to get married before the younger sister, but because he loved the younger sister, he had to labor with her father for extra seven years before he was allowed to get married to her.
