Apache Cordova or what was called previously Apache Callback or PhoneGap. More specifically, It is a framework which is classified as an open source project. It allows users to create several applications for different platforms (As for Android and IOS....).

Applications developed thanks to this tool are hybrid, that is mean that they are not really native, neither based on HTML language or such an equivalent one.

This is my fifthcontribution to the project Cordova.

The general difficulty of this contribution may be estimated at bare medium. This been said, some strings contained in the package dealt with need further explicit translation in order to stay right within the context and the general meaning. Overall, by following some known ethics and language guidelines, the contribution is rather simple and needs no further research since no so-technical terms showed up.

This contribution ’s rather an acronym and a pure coding term that required clarification since the French equivalent is a phrase or in the other case is simply keeping the same term because it’s field-related. Those examples are as follows :
> Framework:

A framework is a universal, reusable software environment that provides particular
functionality as part of a larger software platform to facilitate the development of software applications, products, and solutions. Hence keeping the English term for the French version of every occurrence.

> CLI:

A command-line interface is a means of interacting with a computer program where the user issues command to the program in the form of successive lines of text. In French it’s “Interface de ligne de command” so the acronym is changed to fit the translated version.
