Hallo sahabat steemian..
Pernahkan sahabat mendengar nama rapai grimpeng..?
Rapai grimpeng merupakan paduan bermain alat musik berupai rapai dan syair. Rapai ini berasal dari Kabupaten Pidie, Aceh, Indonesia. Rapai grimpeng di mainkan oleh beberapa 12 orang, 8 orang sebagai penabuh sekaligus sebagai penari. 3 orang sebagai penggiring dan 1 orang lagi sebagai penyair yang biasa di sebut dengan syeh.

Pertunjukkan rapai grimpeng paduan antara musik yang berasal dari tabuhan rapai selaras dengan gerakan tarian yang energik. Pertunjukkan rapai grimpeng terdiri dari beberapa babak yang diawali dengan memberi salam dengan gerakkan mengangkat tangan serentak kepada penonton, dan selanjutnya saleum (salam) rakan. Setelah saleum (salam) rakan di lanjutkan dengan kisah dimana syair digunakan yang berisi tentang pesan - pesan sesuai dengan acara pergelaran, dan bagian selanjutnya di sebuat dengan gambus.
