Curling originated from a kind of curling in Scotland in the 14th century. In the 16th century, curling was formally formed. In the 16th century, curling was known as "ice skating". In the 20th century, curling was introduced from Scotland to the United States, and then developed to Canada.

With the efforts of Canadian curling enthusiasts, curling moved from the early outdoors to the indoors. This can be traced back to skating as well as moving from outdoor to indoor. People can no longer be affected by cold weather conditions, enjoy the pleasure of curling sports.

The curling pot weighs 19.1 kg, has a diameter of 30 CM and a height of 11.5 CM. Curling competition has a professional venue, the venue is generally 44.5M long and 4.32m wide, curling players need to wear professional competition shoes in the process of competition, in the role of brush configuration for competition.

The origin of curling competitions is generally composed of the following points
* Side Line: Any stone ball touching the side line will be considered out and should be removed from the field as soon as possible.
* Barrier: Two concentric circles at each end of the ice track.
* Skating Frame: Located between the edge of the field and the base, it allows the players to exert their power on the ice.
* Center line: When throwing a ball, if the stone ball has passed the center line of the throwing area, it can not be re-thrown. After the stone ball is thrown, the ice brusher of his side can brush the ice before the stone ball passes through the center line of the target area; after that, the other side will have sovereignty to brush the ice so that the ball can leave the center.
* Hurdle: When throwing a ball, the player must leave the ball before the hurdle in the throwing area. After throwing the ball, if the stone ball stops without passing through the fence of the target area, the ball is considered to be out. 
However, if the ball has ever collided with the ball in the game, the ball does not have to pass through the fence completely.

The curling arena has zones of 1-3, 4-10, 7 and 11, respectively. In fact, curling can be seen as ice shooting, because the division of the field is very similar to the target used in shooting.

目前所知的，在冰面上展开的运动有【滑冰运动、冰球运动、冰壶运动】，而在这些冰面运动中，有一种运动可以说非常的优雅，像极了一位优雅的贵族在冰上运动。

冰壶运动就是这样的一种运动... ...

冰壶运动源于14世纪苏格兰的一种冰上滚球运动，于16世纪，冰壶运动正式成型。在16世纪时期，冰壶运动被称为“冰上溜石”，到20世纪，冰壶运动由苏格兰传入美国后，继而发展至加拿大。

在加拿大冰壶爱好者的努力下，冰壶运动从早期的户外转移至室内。这可以追溯到溜冰运动，同样从室外转移至室内。人们可以再不受寒冷天气影响的条件下，尽情享受着冰壶运动带来的运动快感。

冰壶的重量为19.1公斤，直径为30CM，高位11.5CM。冰壶的比赛有着专业的比赛场地，比赛场地一般为长44.5m、宽4.32m的冰道，冰壶选手在比赛过程中需要穿着专业的比赛用鞋，在配置毛刷的作用下进行比赛。

冰壶比赛产地一般为以下几点组成
*  边线：任何接触到边线的石球都会被视为出局，应尽快从场地移开
*  圆垒：分别位于冰道两端，由两个同心圆组成
*  起滑架：位于场地边缘和圆垒之间，可以让选手在冰上起到发力的作用
*  圆心线：掷球时，若石球已通过掷球区的圆心线，则不可再重掷。石球掷出后，己方的刷冰员可在石球通过标的区的圆心线之前进行刷冰；之后，则对方将有主权进行刷冰，以使球离开圆心。
*  栏线：掷球时，球员必须在掷球区的栏线之前将球离手。掷球后，若石球未完全通过标的区的栏线便停止，则此球视为出局。但若曾与在局中的球发生碰撞，则该球无须完全通过栏线。

冰壶运动的赛场上拥有着分区，分别为1-3区、4-10区、7区【圆心】、11区。其实冰壶运动可以看成冰上打靶，因为赛场上的分区非常的像打靶时用的靶子。

冰壶运动比赛中，每队出场4人，分别为一垒，二垒，三垒，主力，两队分别掷出冰壶，掷出两轮，完成一次比赛。比赛的胜负以冰壶距离圆垒的距离来定。

冰壶运动非常考验队员之间的配合度和细心程度，还有耐心。在比赛过程中队员要通过毛刷不断地摩擦冰面，让掷出的冰壶减速，并且到达合适的圆垒分区。

整个过程有种胆战心惊的感觉，生怕冰壶被掷出界，当冰壶到达7区，也就是圆心的时候，整个人都是激动不已的。这种运动让我觉得很享受，虽然我自己没有体验过，但是观看整个比赛过程已经非常的好了。
