马来西亚国宝-东革阿里

今天来介绍我国马来西亚的国宝之一 - 东革阿里
东革阿里（tongkat ali）如果以马来语直接翻译就是阿里先生的拐杖
他也有着“马来西亚人参”的美名
在西方国家是叫longjack
根据科学研究和分析，东革阿里包含以下活性成分，这些成分的功效是根据一些实验室和临床研究所得到的：

苦木素 – 
能增进食欲，可作健胃剂，还具有抗原虫作用

角鲨烯 –
具有增强机体免疫能力、改善性功能、抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤等多种生理功能

超氧化物歧化酶 – 
能消除生物体在新陈代谢过程中产生的有害物质，具有抗衰老的特殊效果

Beta咔啉 –
镇静，抗焦虑药，催眠药，抗惊厥药，抗肿瘤，抗病毒，抗寄生虫和抗微生物活性

联苯木脂素 –  
抗肿瘤, 肝保护和抗氧化

三萜类化合物 –
抗癌潜力，抗炎，抗增殖和促进细胞新陈代谢

糖蛋白(Eurycomalacton，eurycomanone和eurycomanol) –
有壮阳或增长肌肉作用，eurycomanone还显示很肯定可作为防癌和抗疟疾成分。

主要功效:
强肾
增强耐力和活力
预防高血压，糖尿病和胃溃疡效果
抗癌
其所含的Beta-carboline物质与Quassinoid化学成分能预防肿瘤和抑制癌细胞生长
促进生育能力和增加男女性欲

我在马国买了
旅游的时候买的
当时还是非典的时候
马国政府严阵以待
怕有发热症状游客入境
我入境的时候就有点不舒服
然后坐旅游大巴空调太强就感冒了
咳嗽的厉害
许多地方有发热检查
我整个旅游过程中一直担心查到我了
然后会被遣返回国
也算是人生经历
