<div class="text-justify">Amigos de Steemit saludos, para el día de hoy preparé de almuerzo unas "Caraotas Negras Aliñadas", quedan muy sabrosas, alimenticias y aquí en mi país es parte del tradicional pabellón, que es nuestro plato típico en Venezuela. Sin embargo las hice diferentes; se pueden comer hasta solas, con arepa, pasta, casabe, y como las quieran preparar. Contiene muchas propiedades tales como: ácido fólico, tiamina, riboflavina y niacina, magnesio, potasio, zinc, calcio y fósforo. Aparte aportan mucha fibra y es uno de los granos de mayor consumo.</div><br/>

# INGREDIENTES:

1/2 kilo de caraotas negras, 5 ajíes dulces, 1 ramito de cebollin, 1 ramito de cilantro, 1 pimentón, 1 cebolla, orégano en polvo, laurel, cúrcuma, 5 dientes de ajo, sal al gusto, agua, aceite.

# PREPARACIÓN:

- Ponemos a remojar las caraotas, en una olla con suficiente agua (Yo las coloque en la noche), las preparé a primera hora de la mañana.
- Sacamos el agua del remojo, agregamos agua nueva y ponemos a hervir y añadimos la sal al gusto.
- Depende de las caraotas (estas fueron muy blanditas) las cociné por 30 minutos. 
- Aparte picamos finamente los aliños (ajo, cebolla, cebollín, pimentón y ajíes).
- En un caldero añadimos aceite para sofreír los aliños y añadimos lo mismo, mezclamos.
- Agregamos la cúrcuma, el laurel y orégano.
- Al estar blandas las caraotas, añadimos el sofrito de los aliños y removemos todo.  
- Agregamos el cilantro de último, tapamos y apagamos.
- ¡LISTO MIS AMIGOS!, ¡A COMER!.
- ***NOTA***: En esta oportunidad las acompañe con un arroz blanco.
